Responsible for management of day to day functional responsibilities, enhancement of departmental risk and control processes within Securities Processing Operations team. Resource to department demonstrating knowledge of transfer agent functionality, physical certificate processing and basic understanding of DTC inventory systems and functionality. The Senior Team Lead role involves people/staff management
Your Responsibilities

Understands and appropriately applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise
Leads/motivates staff to ensure performance both meets/exceeds clients' expectations and departmental benchmarks
Facilitate meetings to include team huddle and represents the department in overviews to internal stakeholders
Escalates issues timely and recommends courses of action
Supports and drives continuous improvement for process and procedures
Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, timely, and efficient results
Recognizes and develops talent
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive enhanced results
Meets the needs of both internal and external customers. Delivers high-quality products and services and is committed to continuous improvement
Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key opportunities and identifying root cause issues
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately

Talents Needed For Success:

Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
