Realogy is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Learning Department with research and data strategy that drives the creation and concepts of our broker and agent courses. This individual will also assist various departments within Realogy to improve their data collection and reporting to provide insightful data that drives action. The data analyst must be able to handle multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional standards of excellence. It is important this individual thrives in a culture of continuous improvement in which performance is habitually measured against goals and standards.
The successful candidate will be able to work an Eastern Time Zone work day.
Duties, Responsibilities & Functional Competencies of the position
- Develop holistic automated analysis and dashboards that enable the organization to uncover insights, trends, and areas of opportunity across the entire organization
- Create Field Research surveys and NPS surveys and reporting to support data driven business decisions for future learning content
- Capture and report insights into online behaviors on the Learning Platform that drives improvements that will enhance the student experience
- Provide Innovative solutions to streamline and simplify current work processes cross-departmentally
- Identify areas of opportunity and trends in the industry to help support Learning initiatives
- Provide real-time data and analysis to Brand Vice Presidents of Learning including NAR stats, industry trends, google analytics on TLP stats, etc.
- Manage the yearly Franchise Business Review process and analytics across all brands provide aggregated reporting for Realogy SLT
- Soliciting qualitative feedback through surveys and forms and other qualitative discovery methods
- Partner with various departments to ensure data integrity of Learning metrics.
- Research and implement new operating processes that will drive efficiency
- Streamline multi-brand data to create and maintain a Company-wide Database
- Deliver reports and communications-both written and in presentation form; interface with multiple levels of stakeholders.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of effective survey creation and data collection
- Experience in a Learning Department is preferred
- Working knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
- Experience working with a matrix environment required
- Experience working in survey platforms
- Proficiency working with Google Analytics, PowerBi and SharePoint Workflow

- Excellent Multi-tasker who can work in a fast-paced environment
- Quantitative thinking and statistical data analysis skills
- Background in strategy development
- Motivated to find innovative solutions and a passion for technology
- Ability to communicate proficiently with non-technical stakeholders and business leaders
- Advanced skills in Office 365; MS Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, SharePoint and Teams
