What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking cream of the crop candidates with the following:
Must Haves
- Expertise in Electronics and PM experience working within DoD; Navy, Army, AF, Marines, etc. (electronics).
- Excellent communication skills. Board members and presentation experiences are most suitable.
- Electronics knowledge from chip level to Vox level and beyond. . .
- Secret Clearance or have had a Clearance in the recent past.
- MS or PhD within Electrical Engineering, Materials, or Systems.
- Contract manufacturing required. Technical Manager leads the overall R&D efforts and development and deployment of electronics manufacturing process technology.
- Responsible for maintaining the highest level of technology innovation related to the evolving electronics research agenda supporting DoD systems.
- Develop technical strategies, standards, roadmaps, and technical reports for the company to remain state of the market in electronics manufacturing technologies.
- Maintain (must have DoD connections) and develop strong customer relationships within DoD program offices.
- Serve as a technical liaison between government sponsors and stakeholders.

A suitable candidate will have a very strong background/expertise in:
- Electronics technology, materials and experience in defense related government contracting.
- Proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges in electronics technology and associated manufacturing improvements.
- Excellent planning, communication, and presentation skills and a well-organized approach to technical solutions and execution are essential.
- Strong networking capability to develop and enhance government customer relationships.
- Electronics / Electrical / Technical Leadership expertise.
