Recruiter reports to VP, director of people and culture

1. summary. Main role is to own full cycle recruiting function for the Agency. Also, to provide administrative support to the HR Director on all personnel matters including, but not limited to, onboarding, exit process, employee relations, and performance management. This position, at times, will back up Office Services. 3-4 years of agency/related experience required.
