Role : Business Analyst, Pharma Manufacturing
Location: Morris Plains, NJ - Needs to be on site starting Oct
Type : Contract

Description:

Business Process Documentation :

  • Review day-to-day processes for select groups. Analyze and recommend process optimizations. Document to-be process and information flows. Document procedures.
  • Identify stakeholders and capture in detail the problem or issue the stakeholders are trying to solve.

Business Requirements Documentation:

  • Document the desired functionality and the requirements for enhancements they want developed.
  • Capture the details of what the business/user needs the system to do through face to face meetings with users, questionnaires, examination of existing documentation and systems, and other means necessary to understand and document the user's detailed requirements.
  • Develop the functional and non-functional system requirements necessary to enable the Business and User Requirements.
  • Perform functional risk assessments and determine a testing strategy and the associated rigor and documentation required for functional testing based on the identified risks.
  • Do a gap analysis to understand the gap between the existing system capabilities and processes and the new requirements.
  • Create a requirements traceability matrix that links each requirement to every phase of the development cycle to make sure no requirement is missed.

Activity Reporting Consolidation :

  • Gather reports from multiple groups
  • Evaluate information gaps and collect outstanding items Consolidate and summarize reports
  • Portal Updates
  • Segment summarized reporting by target audience Update portals for each target audience
  • Communication and Collaboration Improvements

Training :

  • Plan and deliver training session(s) to the support team to educate them on the system and what they need to do to support it.
  • Collaboration Analysis
  • Analyze process delays related to team activities
  • Identify performance bottlenecks that require collaboration
  • Develop use cases, process and information flows for collaboration opportunities

Centralize Communication:

  • Create use cases, process and information flows for centralized portal for target audience and communication
  • Develop portal pages for new target audiences Company will review all findings with the team.
