Description

This position will work closely with the Business Development & Innovation Manager and be responsible for interpreting and prioritizing business requirements for our processes and systems. Supports the business analysis team during the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, release management user support, documentation, and training to US business teams on the use of our processes and systems. Further duties and responsibilities are listed below:

• First line support for our users, be able to triage issues, solve them or work with the relevant IT teams to resolve the issue.

• Support users and train on the use of the project systems

• Work with the IT teams to make sure that they fully understand the business requirements and help determine the most effective way to design and implement the requirements.

• Business analysis through requirement gathering, interpreting and design of functionality by working with the subject matter experts.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, with both team and individual responsibilities.

Requirements

Education:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Management Information Systems or related discipline is required

Skills/Experience:

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of providing Systems/Applications Support or Business Analyst experience

• Extremely Strong written/verbal communication skills - able to communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy.

• Self-Starting - takes independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires.

• Strong Microsoft skills (Excel & Word)

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred:

• Attention to details

• Strong customer relations skills

• Strong MS SQL, Access skills

• Previous work experience in a corporate setting

• Previous Analysis experience (Business or Technical)

• 5-10% domestic and international travel required.
