Responsibilities:
Atlantic Health System is seeking a self-motivated, professional, experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Lead who will be responsible for the recruitment of our Executive / Corporate service lines within Atlantic Health System. The role of the Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant is to source external candidates for our positions (exempt and non-exempt) utilizing your previous networking sources and online job boards. Reliance on external agencies is limited
Communicate with key decision makers on all aspects of the position and departmental, organization and relevant responsibilities
Create and utilize innovative and aggressive recruitment methods that are designed to deliver an exceptional, diverse pool of candidates to Hiring Managers in an effective and efficient manner.
Consult with and advise clients on all recruitment efforts
Successful multi-discipline relationship building at all levels
Monitor staffing metrics including, but not limited to: Number of Positions Filled, Time to Fill, Diversity, Source of Hire, Offer/Acceptance, and other internal measurements and standards that drive an effective talent acquisition process.
Proactively and continuously utilizes effective sourcing strategies (passive and non-passive) to build a network of high quality, diverse candidates for current and future openings.
Provides appropriate counsel and recommendations throughout the entire acquisition process on candidate assessment and selection, offer recommendation, and other guidance as necessary.
Create and conduct presentations on topics such as AAP Compliance, New Hire Regulatory Standards, Behavioral Interviewing, and Enhanced Candidate Experience
Develop and maintain meaningful hiring metrics
Partner with HR and business leaders to fulfill succession planning goals
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years Recruitment experience with minimum 2 years executive search experience
Experience recruiting within the Private Practice sector or Healthcare is strongly preferred, utilizes applicant tracking systems, prior use of iCIMS a plus
Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies including sourcing capabilities (active and passive), internet, employee referrals, professional networking, etc.
Demonstrated experience managing the candidate process orchestrating a positive candidate experience throughout; prior use of behavioral-based interviewing and selection models required
Executive Search firm vendor management experience preferred
Skills:
Must have strong business acumen and savvy
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and effectively handle multiple competing priorities
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Strong time management and analytical skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities
Ability to handle ambiguity, stressful and/or confidential situations with ease, professionalism, and savviness
High energy, enthusiasm, passion for recruitment, and sense of urgency levels
