Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter for a successful financial planning firm to attract top talent and spearhead recruitment for financial professionals. This role will be best suited for an individual who possesses a high sense of urgency and operates with a high-end, relationship building approach. The ideal candidate will be a challenge-driven self-starter who desires continuous improvement, while contributing to our work hard, play hard culture and the overall growth of the agency.


Job Description

  • Build & promote a referral based culture within the agency & key contacts in the community Source and engage candidates through strategic, creative and innovative approaches leveraging traditional & non-traditional channels (introductions & referrals, community outreach, internet, job posts, etc.)
  • Guide candidates through a full life-cycle selection process, from initial contact through offer acceptance
  • Create a positive end-to-end experience for all candidates throughout the selection process with a strong customer satisfaction approach
  • Identify individuals who emulate our agency's values & reflect our preferred candidate profile Partner with leadership team to define, design & implement recruiting programs & processes and drive sourcing strategies to maintain high volume & quality pipelines
  • Actively participate in networking groups/events to promote the agency & company
  • Utilize the agency's proprietary software to track all recruiting leads & selection process activities to ensure efficiency & accuracy
  • Proactively incorporate our agency's diversity & inclusion values & strategies into candidate experiences


Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in sales or internal recruiting (high end relationship sales or behavioral based interviewing experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence
  • Ability to work effectively with people of all levels
  • Proactive, coachable, and challenge/results-driven
  • Strong personal network and/or community involvement
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn as a recruiting & networking tool
  • Organizational skills and detail oriented


Compensation

$60,000 - $65,000 + bonus
