job summary:

Looking for a Recruiter for a nine month long contract to start with possible extensions and/or conversion to FTE of our client.

This role is for one or our best financial clients with offices in New York City, Southern New Jersey, Southern Maine and South Carolina

Candidates can work remote from home but will need to work EST hours

location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey

salary: $20 - 25 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: No Degree Required

responsibilities:

Selling Points of Position: Part of a buildout so there is an opportunity for conversion across the organization and career growth

Best Vs Average Candidate: Detail oriented, self-starter, proactive, ability to meet the volume, diligent, time management skills

How will performance be measured: Stats (e.g., screens each week, pull through rates, number of offers/new hires, interview rates, etc.)

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Types of roles: Contact center representatives, front line agents, could hire within specialty areas within the center (but these positions are rare)

o The contact center takes every single call in the US organization

- A lot of screening and sourcing

- Full cycle recruiting

- High Volume Recruiting (they are assigned classes not specific requisition - aim is to fill 15- 20 seats per month)

- Net number of hires - 5/6 per week

MUST HAVE:

1.) Detail Oriented

2.) Time Management

3.) High Volume Recruitment Experience - 1 year

4.) Team Player / Team Partnership

NICE TO HAVE:

1.) strong sourcing background (passive sourcing)

2.) Previous banking experience

3.) Experience with Workday or BrassRing

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
