Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a finance manager to provide financial leadership for Global Service (GS) Transformational Projects, to be based in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.

The Finance Manager will provide overall financial leadership to lead GS transformational projects. The manager will lead key financial discussions, and provide updates and recommendations to GS transformational projects. The role is expected to have broad business knowledge to understand financial implications from business decisions. The role has high exposure to senior GS leaders, project leaders, cross functional business leaders, and manage a global team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead financial management of Project Galileo, Contact Center 2.0 and other GS projects. Scope includes financial data tracking, evaluations of change request, and monitoring business case impacts. Project Galileo is a is a large scale 4 years projects being implemented across 52 countries and CC 2.0 project will modernize Global Services infrastructure and provide improved employee experience.
  • Strong financial and business knowledge required to connect with multiple internal and external sources such as Finance, IT, HR, External Payroll Vendor, and Implementation partners. This position requires high influence skills and presentation skills to drive business insights.
  • Other ad hoc works depending on business needs.
  • This role will manager 2 staff members at the professional level globally
  • The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver about performance by utilizing metric driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
  • MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or another equivalent is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience is required.
  • Prior FP&A and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization
  • Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams during a period of significant change
  • Successful experience of working with virtual teams
