Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Finance Manager, NA Regional Treasury Service Center (RTSC) to lead the front office treasury operations of the NA affiliates, incorporating bank and cash management, credit, debt and liquidity management activities.This position will be baed in New Brunswick, NJ and will require up to 10% travel.

The Finance Manager provides leadership regarding cash flow and short‐term forecasting, debt management and directs investment of the company's US and Canada surplus cash in appropriate fixed income instruments.

The NA RTSC Manager plays a lead role in identifying and implementing banking solutions and processes for US and Canadian affiliates to facilitate operations, mitigate risk and protect company assets. In addition, this position represents the Treasury Services organization on several cross‐functional Value Creation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily cash and liquidity management including supervising the management of J&J's US commercial paper program up to $10 billion; monitor global trends and implement changes as needed to existing processes and policies; follow the financial environment to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions for the markets.

The NA RTSC Manager

  • Balances the relationship with key banking partners and financial institutions to monitor their service delivery and identify useful products and services.
  • Works closely with NA business partners throughout all of Johnson & Johnson's sectors to develop key processes to ensure adequate safety, liquidity, and financial controls for cash management and cash flow in support of the operating company and regional initiatives.
  • Provides leadership and ensures successful execution of M&A&D project treasury integration for NA markets.
  • Monitors capital requirements and working capital investments.
  • Provides business partnering support to affiliates on foreign currency exposure management practices, provides guidance to improve compliance and leads other key treasury initiatives in NA as they arise
  • This position is responsible for the recruitment and development of two staff. This includes setting objectives, providing mentorship, and leading the performance evaluation and succession planning process.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for!
  • Degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting) with minimum 5 yrs of business (partnering) experience.
  • CPA, CFA and/ or MBA is preferred
  • Validated leadership skills, combined with excellent communication and social skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Teammate mentality and ability to take leadership in a multifunctional Global team
  • Confident in changing environments and adapting to changing needs.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
