$15/hour + Commission

Retail Associate Store Manager
As a retail associate manager, you are ultimately responsible for the success of the store through development, and discipline of employees to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will help your team to exceed sales and customer experience goals while creating an environment where great people can shine. Performing role plays, supporting the team, and assisting with customer transactions, and interviewing/hiring winners will be your tools to succeed. The successful lead retail consultant will maintain a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and leverage amazing leadership skills to consistently deliver results. Through coaching, development, and training of your team, you will have the opportunity to show the world what you can do. You will have the chance to show off your problem-solving skills and put your creativity, critical thinking and decision making to work.
Compensation

We offer a competitive base pay of $15 per hour plus commission. Average annual income is $35k to $40k per year with commission. You'll be eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits. Qualifications
  • Must be age 18 and have obtained at minimum a high school diploma or GED
  • 1-year experience in competitive retail sales or customer service
  • Must be looking for career advancement as a manager
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and constant willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to attend paid full-time training in Manhattan the first 2 weeks of employment
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays for a total of at least 30 hours a week
