We have an exciting opportunity for a junior recruiting role for a recent college graduate or someone with 1 year of experience who is interested in getting into the technology staffing industry. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, enthusiastic, articulate, great on the phones, willing to roll up their sleeves and do what's needed! This is a great opportunity to learn the business and get in on the ground floor.

We are looking for a Junior recruiter/sourcer to help initiate the hiring process by identifying and screening qualified candidates for employment opportunities. The work requires critical thinking, research, sales skills, and people skills. Junior recruiters work in support of senior recruiters and account managers in supplying candidates to hiring managers and by helping the candidates through the hiring process. You will be on the phones helping qualify candidates for technical positions. We specialize in software engineers, business analysts, project managers, Infrastructure specialists, help desk support and work with some of the biggest companies in the world!

Duties

resume research working with Linked in and Indeed heavily, screening and make initial contact with candidates. You will look to match candidate backgrounds with the appropriate jobs. This will also be involve posting job openings to generate applicants, resume formatting and scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

Requirements
