Coach USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that we attract and hire employees of the highest caliber that fit within our unique company culture. This role is integral and vital to the continued growth and success of our organization. Coach USA views employee recruitment and retention of our highly trained professionals as extremely important in delivering a consistently safe and professional service to all our customers.
This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is based in Paramus, NJ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Overview and coordination with third party vendors software to ensure maximization of their services
· Oversight of company-wide digital recruitment advertising
· Plan and coordinate with US and Canadian locations on recruitment efforts
· Develop Talent Acquisition strategy for difficult geographical areas and manage already implemented initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience through recruitment and onboarding
· Flexible and innovative solutions to recruitment
· Weekly status reporting of open positions
· Total compensation analysis and benchmarking for key company positions
· Undertake ad-hoc recruitment efforts including business start-up recruitment
· Track key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding talent acquisition decisions and the quality of hires
· Manage employee onboarding and retention projects (including engagement surveys)
· Use exit interview data and together with the Corp HR Manager proactively implement preventive actions.
· Analyze outcome of Engagement Survey reports and create strategies and follow-up action plans based on findings to promote a great place to work
· Partner with HR on various day-to-day operational needs within the company
· Local and national travel will be necessary in this role
· Any other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
· 7+ years of experience in recruitment desired
· Passionate commitment to recruitment and promotion of company objectives
· Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage at all levels of the internal organization as well as external partners
· Ability to report timely and accurate information as required from location level reporting to C-Suite level
· Experience in digital recruitment marketing efforts
· Experience in an environment with multiple remote locations
· Must be hands on and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong multi-tasking skills
· Strong analytical and presentation skills
· Personable, professional, and approachable demeanor
· Proactive problem detection and resolution required
