SUMMARY

We are currently looking for a Recruiting Assistant. The qualified candidate must be articulate and outgoing with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize, support, multitask, and have great time management and technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media). RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare necessary documents, job descriptions, resumes, testing and interview questions
  • Assist recruitment specialists in screening eligible candidates and preparing resumes for hiring managers
  • Sales support researching prospective client leads via LinkedIn, Owler, & additional internet sources
  • Additional Sales support includes entering research data into existing systems, making calls to companies to verify information, and then providing that additional information to Business Development team.
  • Prepare and post jobs on job search websites
  • Create new orders, updating boards, and assigning candidates
  • Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
  • Maintain the internal candidate database and team calendars
  • Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
  • Assist with new hire paperwork
  • Conduct employment references
  • Send timesheets and start confirmations
  • Prepare boards and update accordingly in preparation for daily meetings


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of administrative and/or recruiting support experience in a professional office required
  • Experience supporting sales professionals strongly preferred
  • Excellent computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Very organized and responsible
  • Excellent written and oral communication
