Objective
- The Sales Operations Lead main responsibility is to manage the back-office sales order process through their team. Drive the optimization of the sales processes to maximize alignment with business needs and trends. The Sales Operations Support Lead effectively collaborates and provides support to cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, MIS teams, & Customer Support)
Responsibilities & Scope of Role:
- People Leader
o Ensure that the team has the resources and tools for success required to run an efficient full order management cycle
o Leading team meetings to ensure smooth, prompt, and clear communications
o Coach, guide, advise, and develop their team members
o See that new and existing team members are provided with proper training to successfully execute their roles
- Enforce the companys license renewal process
- Make certain that Cellebrite Commercial Guidelines are followed by all parties
- Resolve MIS issues for CRM/ERP users
- Reporting
o Sales tracking and development
o Generate reports for Sales team
- Measuring & controlling ERP accuracy
- Collection Resolution
o Follow up on collections issues, primary point of contact for Sales Directors
- Maintain Distributors contracts

Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of Sales Operations & leadership experience
- Systems knowledge: ERP and CRM (e.g. salesforce, etc.)
- Advanced excel knowledge (v-look ups; pivot tables; etc.)
- Multi-tasker: you are energized by shifting priorities, engaging multiple projects at once (no problem) without compromising details and always following through until completion.
- People person & team oriented: you enjoy collaborating with team members, and, welcome the opportunity to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Energized by complex challenges: willing and ready to face complex situations.
