We are seeking an experienced TA Operations Manager to lead a team of incredible Recruiting Coordinators aligned to all functions and locations across GAF. The TA Operations Manager will also support the work of the TA Analyst and lead the efforts of all the operational aspects of recruiting for GAF. The TA Operations Manager will make a meaningful impact in scaling our Recruiting function and its effectiveness. This Manager will have the unique opportunity to enhance our systems, processes, resource planning, data, and metric analysis, and drive operational excellence across GAF. This newly created role will report directly to and support the head of talent acquisition by managing operational aspects of recruiting and analytics and identifying opportunities to promote efficiency.
Essential Duties:
- Drive operational excellence and alignment across Talent Acquisition processes & systems to align with GAF's business priorities
- Devise and execute strategy for tracking hiring effectiveness across the organization
- Lead and manage a team of recruiting coordinators and all aspects of the coordination function
- Oversee the execution and reporting of high-impact TA technology projects, such as system implementations and vendor selection
- Ensure effective documentation and communication of all Talent Acquisition processes and workflows
- Build and cultivate positive relationships with cross-functional partners across the company, including the Procurement, HRBP, Legal, and IT teams
- Ensure the operational and administrative processes, procedures and documents are updated and in line with GAF policies
- Meet with key stakeholders on a recurring basis to understand needs, prioritize technology enhancement, uncover opportunities for improvement and automation
- Identify risks, evaluate options, recommend approaches and mitigations to realize the full potential of ATS
- Manage vendor relationships for TA purchased products including but not limited to our ATS, CRM, assessment platforms, background check vendor, and job posting vendors
- Manage Contingent Labor MSP
- Establish and evaluate workflows and process(es) for continuous improvement
Minimum Education/Experience
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field/experience
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Project Management and/or Talent Programs roles executive or professional level recruiting and assessment experience
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
Additional Preferred Experience
- Management experience, with a preference for successfully managing recruitment coordination function
- High level of proficiency with Google Suite (docs/spreadsheets/slides)
- Deep experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with ATS implementation or significant customization strongly preferred
- Deep experience with ATS/ HRIS systems integration (Workday preferred)
- Ability to create and optimize process documents and deeply knowledgeable about data visualization (tools experience may include Trello, Lucid Charts, Tableau, and /or others)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data and requests with speed and confidentiality
- Well organized with strong time management skills
- Strong collaboration, people management, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
