The Global Operations Talent Acquisition team is part of the Global Talent Acquisition organization. The primary focus of our team is to support site roles and horizontal recruiting for operational roles and call center servicing and sales roles. Our business partners include Site HRM's, HR partners, Segment Site Leaders, Team Managers, Business Support Managers, Workforce Managers. Key priorities for our team are meeting the talent needs for our businesses. The Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for various roles. The recruiter will partner with line of business clients, finance, compensation, and HR partners to provide consultative recruiting services.
Responsibilities include:
- Own and drive the full lifecycle recruiting process
- Manage the client and candidate relationship from end to end
- Provide client with consultative recruitment service including market intelligence, research, sourcing, internal mobility and talent planning, candidate development and assessment, closing candidate offers and risk management.
- Provide qualified candidate slates to hiring managers that ensure diverse candidate populations
- Engage in onsite activities with business leaders and employee population
- Work closely with RPO partners for consistent delivery of talent
Enterprise Role Overview
Recruits critical bank roles with high annual turnover & predictable/ repeatable sourcing. Takes ownership for a high quality hiring process; accepts responsibility for actions and decisions, applies multiple approaches in sourcing and cold calling. Individual contributor role with 1-3 years of experience
Required Skills
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including direct client relationship management or 3+ years proven management experience, inclusive of direct reports and exposure to the Talent Acquisition process
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Strong credibility and ability to influence
- Must be able to work across a large organization, partnering with appropriate constituents, to achieve results
- Must have excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Must have strong sense of integrity and ethics
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to multiple priorities, while maintaining core workbench of responsibility
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in recruiting financial professionals strongly desired
- Experience with passive candidate sourcing
- Ability to use innovative sourcing techniques to deliver candidates
- Solid understanding of recruiting industry, processes, technology and hiring compliance practices
