OPERATIONS OFFICER (PMCCS-21-1614-F):

Bowhead seeks an Operation Officer to provide support for the PMCCS contract at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Candidate will provide support on taskers, written communications and managing information flow to the Product Director and Deputy.

Essential functions will include:

• Review and coordination with PM CCS management of program documentation for Milestone and In-Process Reviews (IPR)
• Analyze actual and predictable operational activities to obtain a quantitative basis for decision making and resource allocation
• Provide integral support in the requirements determination, conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification, and documentation of modeling and simulation-based decision support system applications.
• May provide work leadership for lower level employees.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent required. A graduate degree is desired.
• Candidate shall be familiar with Army regulations and the DoD 5000 series and requirements for effective life cycle management of government programs.
• Should have at least 10 - 15 years general experience with program management services used to manage program resources for government programs or similar programs relevant to the PM CCS programs
• Experience should consist of leading government projects or program efforts in Research and Development (R&D) or production related to weapon systems, materiel, or ammunition acquisition. Prior military experience desired.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
