Sirius Staffing is seeking an Intern Consumer Health and Nutrition candidate for a position in Piscataway, NJ.

This is a long-term contract position working for a Large Manufacturing/Chemical plant.

Seeking candidates that are currently a Junior, Senior or Master's Student in the fields of study involving:

Biochemical/Biomedical Engineering

Microbiologists

Chemical Engineering

Chemists

GENERAL PURPOSE:

· The Consumer Health and Nutrition application department has a wide variety of interesting study areas to develop and demonstrate the application of our products.

· This dept. develops new and unique formulations to help customers improve and invent. Along the way we improve tablets, improve drug dissolution, deliver actives, protect microorganisms in probiotics and much more.

· This area is a new application such as creating bio-powders requiring microbio skills in fermentation, plating of organisms and operation of a spray dryer.

Job Requirements:

This position helps grow our business in this area by establishing rapport with customers regarding our technical competence in formulation, new innovative ideas, and special technologies that can distinguish these products in the marketplace.

We also have innovation goals often resulting in IP.

You could easily be an inventor on a patent or two. In addition, this position can impact the global environment in a positive way in years to come.

Many customers (large companies such as L'Oréal, Unilever, Henke) buy these products to formulate their personal care products, cosmetics, toothpaste detergents, food and pharma products.
