Paladin is teaming up with an emergency services company in Princeton, New Jersey in search of a Marketing and Communications Manager! The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall mission of the company by making sure that a cohesive and comprehensive communications and marketing strategy is in place. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective and clear communication strategy for the organization (both domestically and internationally) while focusing on strengthening awareness creating a positive identity of the organization.
  • Partner with the Director of Market and Product Development and external agencies to help develop messages for digital marketing campaigns to enforce core values and market differentiators of their clients.
  • Collaborating with other departments, you will publish eye-catching, high quality content for external audiences to ensure that all communications are consistent and appropriately delivered to the right audiences.
  • Build and maintain long-term working relationships with different groups including media, members of the community, public relations offices, client marketing teams and other organizations.


Job Qualifications:

  • Within a commutable distance of our Princeton, NJ office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of Marketing and Communication experience.
  • Experience in a managerial capacity overseeing human and financial resources.
  • Previous experience working with other countries and has an interest for traveling.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experienced in Advanced Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Pro.
  • Experienced in WordPress, or a related software.
  • Experience working with Social Media sites such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
