Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Ridgefield Park, NJ.Summary:The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operation of the Display software category. This is a rapidly growing business unit with aggressive growth expectations. The environment is fast-paced and demands superior organization skills, sense of urgency, responsiveness, and willingness to learn new tasks. The Business Analyst will report to the Director of Software Product Marketing and will encompass a variety of support tasks to streamline business opportunities and advance strategic projects related to demand generation, process innovation, and product/service development.Essential Duties: * Business Analyst will oversee the software business opportunity pipeline; Produce weekly reports with insight on key developments, gaps, and risks to financial forecast; Engage with sales team as needed to collect missing information * Conduct data analysis as requested by the PM leadership * Track the master legal request database for the Software & Services team; Provide weekly updates on status * As a Business Analyst, you will manage the marketing to-do list for the Software PM Director; Work with the Demand Generation team on timelines, next steps, and their needs from PM leadership * Manage project plans for internal strategic initiatives, such as onboarding new vendors, conducting competitive analysis, or developing new programs; Support execution as needed, and track timelines and deliverables from internal stakeholders * Own the cloud software Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document; Business Analyst will keep up to date and suggest process changes as needed to increase efficiency and improve customer experience * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management or related technical field, from an accredited college or university * Should have a minimum of 3 years in sales operations, product planning, statistics, finance, or related field * Superior Excel skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities and business savvy * Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects * Ability to work independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames * Accurate and timely responses to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders * Ability to handle multiple requests and re-prioritization in a fast-paced environment * Independent problem solver that demonstrates resourcefulness and takes initiative * Approachable individual that actively engages with customer teams, internal support teams and Executives to achieve common goals * Superior PowerPoint presentation creation skills * Process development/flow chart creation * Experience using a project management tool such as MS Project or Smartsheet * Fluent in reading, writing, and verbal communications in English * Experience working with cloud services preferred * Competency in Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, Tableau, and SAP a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
