OVERVIEW

The 2nd Shift Fulfillment Supervisor reports to the 1st Shift Fulfillment Manager. This position works directly with the 1st Shift Fulfillment Supervisor in the processing of client orders. In this position your responsibilities will include but not be limited to scheduling and tracking associate work, ensuring all work performed is to the highest standard, and through servant leadership coaching associates and recognizing individual and team success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, and retain a high-performance team, and guide and coach the team through periods of constant change.
  • Organize the day-to-day operations within assigned work area and delegate fulfillment activities to meet production schedules in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • Foster a culture of engagement through active listening and helping each team member understand their purpose as it relates to Command Digital's business goals
  • Set clear work priorities and actively manage performance for the team
  • Report documented progress and completion of work
  • Recommend short-term and long-term resource and procedural improvements.
  • Provide training on upcoming solution, process, and system changes
  • Understand and enforce all Command Digital policies
.Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience working in distribution and/or fulfillment operation
  • 3+ years' leading a team in a distribution or fulfillment operations
  • Able to handle rapidly changing priorities, and use good judgment in stressful situations
  • Good reasoning, conflict-management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Positive, ambitious, energetic, hardworking with a strong work ethic and willingness to wok OT as needed
  • Ability to document knowledge and then share that knowledge in a meaningful way.
  • Quick learner who is unafraid to ask questions
  • Strong computer skills, preferably with a WMS/OMS systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
