Global Consumer Source Finance is recruiting for a Consumer Source Lead Financial Analyst to be located in either Skillman, NJ, or Fort Washington, PA.

This position will provide strong financial leadership to the North America End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain Procurement Business Engagement Lead (BEL) organizations and the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Procurement Category Lead. It builds on these principles to accomplish the mission of being a proactive business partner and delivering superior financial leadership while upholding the highest integrity.

Responsibilities

The candidate will actively drive the transparency and visibility of financial metrics to the key business partners, by leading activities that include but are not limited to:

• Business partnering with the Skin Health, Self Care, and Canada BEL teams
• Business partnering with the API Category Lead
• Influencing across the Supply Chain Finance organization to drive line-of-sight between category-based and franchise-based financial results
• Providing guidance to and validating deliverables of major upcoming E2E projects that will have material impacts on the NA Supply Chain and Source P&Ls
• Leading annual business planning including annual standard setting with robust year on year change analysis
• Leading business case development for Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs) as well as tracking performance
• Reporting and analyzing Purchase Price Variance (PPV)
• Supporting ad-hoc and special projects
  
  

This position requires both detailed analytics as well as an ability to operate from a big picture perspective which in addition to the core responsibilities involves the ownership of: reporting on approx. $1.2B in annual spend across the NA Supply Chain business, analyzing market movement trends, managing expense by identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities, highlighting variances to plan, driving accountability for business partners to deliver annual financial commitments, and interacting continuously with other finance teams such as Supply Chain Finance, Global Finance Services, Centers of Excellence Sourcing Finance, and Commercial Finance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
• A CPA, CMA or other financial certifications are preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
• Excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
• Supply Chain experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries as well as public accounting is preferred.
• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• This role is based in Skillman, NJ, or Fort Washington, PA, and may require up to 10% travel (domestic and/or international).
