Job description

A New Jersey pharmaceutical company is looking to add a new Recruiting Coordinator to their staff. In this role, the Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's Recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Coordinator will:

  • Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients
  • Negotiate times and schedule to organize candidate interviews
  • Oversee travel details and communications between candidates and travel vendor
  • Communicate interview details to candidates, making certain they have all the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Managers, Executive Assistants, and Administrative professionals
  • Handle other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Administrative experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Computer and Social Media savvy
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
Desired Skills:
  • 1+ year of experience in a Recruiting, Staffing, and/or Talent Acquisition role/setting
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
