Job Purpose
What does a great Business Systems Analyst do?
You are the go-to expert for our Precision ATM/Debit card users, who rely on your help to process critical transaction volumes. Your support and communication with internal and external stakeholders will play a pivotal role in the success of our clients.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you can look forward to:
Being part of a small robust team with a wide variety of skills, you will encounter unusual and sometimes difficult problems. You will be part of a team that collaborates/brainstorms on how to make things better and more automated. Our group is the interface between our core software, the special needs of the Customer and our Operations department.
Some of the things you may be doing:
- Resolving complex customer technical and/or operational problems with designated software and other company products.
- Performing certification testing with various third party vendors.
- Implementing new systems/features as part of upgrades or client requests.
- Participating in system walk-throughs of technical and operational features, functions and attributes of new or existing computer system.
- Providing detailed explanations to clients regarding software use, navigation, reporting and other technical operations.
- Discussing problems, answering questions, offering technical assistance and ensuring proper handling/follow-up with clients and other departments' personnel.
- Building an in-depth knowledge of ATM/debit card technical applications, business acumen, and client focus to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Is energetic that can talk about technical topics with non-technical associates.
• Can act as a Precision ATM/Debit SME resource to other associates internally
• Can use independent judgment, but still thrives in a team environment
• Will embrace after hours on call support on a rotating basis.
• Will perform other duties as required.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline is required.
• Related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• A minimum of three to five years of experience in technical support, system analysis or related experience required.
• Financial service industry desired.
