Job description

Recruiting Coordinator is a fast-track entry level position with important responsibility and growth opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage postings on multiple job boards
  • Actively review, source, and screen candidates on job boards
  • Work with managers to anticipate and prioritize organizational needs
  • Help plan and lead campus recruiting efforts
  • Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and priorities
  • Build candidate pipelines through proactive outreach
  • Manage multiple talent sourcing channels including Indeed and social media
  • Source and review a large volume of candidate resumes
  • Conduct phone interviews when necessary
  • Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers
  • Consistently follow up with targeted candidates through multiple hiring platforms
  • Maintain detailed documentation of candidates within the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience
  • A great attitude and desire to improve
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal)
  • Team player with a sense of ownership and a "get things done" mindset
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities'
