Job description

Title: Business Analyst Duration: 12 Months
Location: Lawrenceville, NJ 08648

Must Haves:

  • 5 years in Business Analysis - requirements gathering, verbal & written communication, stakeholder management experience
  • 5 years life sciences experience
  • 5 years of project SDLC such as Agile or waterfall experience
  • 3 years of Stakeholder and Vendor management
  • Local candidates only

Description:

  • Requirements management
    • Gather and Maintain consent capability requirements and systems integration requirements
    • Identify and resolve gaps in requirements that may need to be addressed
    • Facilitate the review of business requirements gathered internally and by vendor teams, and obtain approval with project leadership and key SME's
    • Maintain Requirements to support IT QM and QA related activities
  • Vendor & technical team support
  • Manage multiple vendor activities, resolve gaps in requirements
  • Support project team on day-to-day business need, scope, and requirements clarification
  • Support the vendor technical teams and IT QA QM on validation activities
  • Facilitate vendor demo, workshops and support identifying stakeholders for the workstream meetings
  • Work closely with DCMS, Project Managers to ensure that the project timelines, risks, and dependencies are raised to the appropriate teams and resolved
  • Business stakeholder management
  • Deliverables supporting IT BP stakeholder management & status updates
  • Facilitate and support the UAT activities,
  • Help support business stakeholders on change management activities

Requirnments:

  • Strong skills in building and maintaining successful networks and relationships with key leaders across a single functional area to ensure IT projects are supported and successfully delivered.
  • Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
  • Persuades and influences others with effective verbal and written communication.
  • Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development.
  • Command of project management techniques and tools.
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
