Job description

The Sr. IT Business Analyst (Supply Chain) responsibilities include analysis, design, and documentation of business requirements for strategic IT initiatives related to supply chain. In addition to ensuring accurate translation of requirements to functional/technical specifications, guiding solution delivery team through life cycle of IT projects is one of the core responsibilities of this position.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Analyze, design and document business requirements and technical/functional specifications, engage with business partners, and guide business through different stages of an IT project.

+ Map requirements to solutions that use IT systems including ERP systems

+ Facilitate requirements workshops, document detailed functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements.

+ Support business process mapping, working alongside process owners and other business partners.

+ Identify, Influence, and drive the appropriate course to lead change required to achieve global adoption.

+ Conduct business due diligence on new user initiatives to ensure viability of proceeding; identify benefits and risks; propose recommendations and appropriate risk mitigation solutions for consideration.

+ Drive/support other IT operational initiatives as needed.

+ Support IT roadmap planning and strategy.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or another technical field, or relevant work experience.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or healthcare industry experience (i.e. clinical) highly preferred.

+ Over five years of broad-based IT/Business experience in supply chain (demand/supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse management, materials management etc.) that includes hands on responsibilities within a major, multi-unit company; multi-national experience preferred.

+ ERP (SAP, Oracle) application experience, proficient in Microsoft office; Office 365 and SharePoint.

+ Ability to plan and handle complex projects; prioritize and deal with ambiguity.

+ Effectively address problems and provide solutions to internal or external issues.

+ Excellent leadership and interpersonal relationship skills that promote teamwork and clarity across the organization as well as with customer teams.

+ Collaborative style with ability to work within a matrixed environment and with external customers; influencing outcomes and leading change, both internally and externally.

+ Flexible to effectively work across time zones, in complex projects, and in varied work locations.

+ Work autonomously with a bias for action and perseverance.

+ Work simultaneously on multiple requirements with a variety of projects and short timelines.

+ Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
