Sr Human Resources Manager, HCE Sparta Systems Develop and own HR strategies and implementation plans that support Honeywell Connected Enterprise's new Sparta Systems business. Sparta Systems joined our HCE family in February this year. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to support Sparta through a seamless transition, broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, & talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE

* 10 years' HR business partner experience
* 5 years' experience in HR Project Management, Learning & Development and Compensation
* 3 years' experience driving complex HR transformations

WE VALUE

* 5+ years software industry experience
* Proven ability to lead through significant organizational change, managing within the natural ambiguity resulting from an acquisition
* Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization, creating trust and confidence among and across the management team, the HR team, and the entire organization
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
* Previously demonstrated leadership skills
* Ability to correctly balance demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization
* Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly
