The Expert Sales Team of eXp Realty is located in New Jersey, and has about 5 agents you would be assisting in day-to-day responsibilities. As our Administrative Assistant, you would need to be self-disciplined, responsive, computer efficient, technology-driven, well-organized, and a team player!

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients, answering the telephone and making follow-up calls
• Maintain calendars and scheduling
• Establish communications between customers and the team
• Prepare real estate forms, documents and related paperwork as needed
• Utilize CRM databases and brokerage websites
• Transaction Coordination
• Preparing correspondence
• Schedule showing appointments.
• Preparing marketing materials and mailing flyers/postcards.
• Maintaining electronic filing systems.
• Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
• Managing a client database and preparing reports.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience preferred
• Currently has a real estate license or willing to pursue a license
• Must reside in Southern New Jersey
