Alliance Sourcing Network is a growing staffing and consulting company located in Wayne, NJ that has experienced substantial growth for the past 10 years. We have a dynamic team and are looking to add to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to get in while we are still growing/expanding our current client base and market share. We are looking for Strong Technical Recruiter with excellent communication skills and that is highly motivated. We are interested in candidates who are smart, energetic, and have 3+ years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter in a performance-oriented environment.

Temporarily working remote but must be able to be onsite 5 days a week in the Wayne NJ location in the near future.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in technical recruiting

Experience/knowledge in recruiting for the following positions i.e. Network Engineers, Windows/Unix/Linux Admins, Developers, Architects, Analysts, Project Managers, Regulatory Reporting, Business Analyst, etc.

Experience recruiting for direct client relationship (Manager Contact) & VMO/VMS requirements

Establish strong working relationships with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline

Source, screen and interview potential technical candidates including: face-to-face/phone interviews, Technical Screening and reference checking for current and future positions

Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle

Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills

Familiarity with various levels & roles and associated technologies

Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi task critical functions

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (JobDiva, MaxHire, Bull Horn, etc)

Good experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Good negotiating skills coupled with ability to close offers with candidates

Experience placing candidates with financial services and health care clients is a major plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position offers outstanding earnings potential including a base salary plus monthly commissions
