Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Pay: $70,000-$75,000/annually
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday (flexible scheduling)
Location: Woodbury, NJ

Behavior Interventions, est. 2006, is committed to improving lives through behavior analytic treatment. We currently support families throughout New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
We are growing our human resources department and seeking to fill a newly developed leadership role in Talent Acquisition. In this position, you'll oversee all aspects of recruitment including a dedicated team of talent acquisition and staffing specialists.

Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Director of Human Resources. Duties include but are not limited to responsibilities listed below:
Duty # 1: Design and implement an effective recruitment strategy that meets the needs of families-served
- Maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure proper selection criteria are being utilized.
- Engage in networking activities to develop sourcing opportunities. Including but not limited to: community affiliations, college and university partnerships.
- Manage recruitment advertising including job postings, flyers, attending conferences, career fairs and social media content.
- Establish employee referral system utilizing the organization's HRIS system.
- Maintains current knowledge and supports the dissemination of information on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Effectively promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Provides recommendations on compensation and benefit packages to support recruitment, retention, and fair employment practices.
Duty #2: Analyzes talent acquisition and retention metrics in collaboration with department supervisors; making recommendations for business improvement plans as applicable
- Completes weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on talent acquisition, retention, staffing and succession metrics aimed to monitor and improve outcomes.
- Maintains current knowledge of research and best practices in the field to support recruitment and retention efforts; engages in ongoing professional development including training in related topics, software programs and conducting market research.
Duty #3: Develop and lead a team of talent acquisition specialists to meet the organization's goals; ensuring families receive quality behavior-analytic services:
- Conducts weekly team meetings with talent acquisition and staffing teams.
- Provides individual supervision monthly and as-needed to support staff with meeting performance objectives.
- Identifies and implements quality control measures while supporting staff to provide exceptional services. Provides staff training and development, monitors team performance, and conducts employee reviews.
- Supports the hiring and training of new team members.
Duty #4: General Responsibilites:
- Collaborates with team members, leadership members, and departments on company objectives.
- Upholds the values, standards, policies and procedures of Behavior Interventions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience; preferably in behavioral health, education or related fields.
- 3+ years of management/supervisory experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Solid understanding of best practices and legal compliance in recruitment and selection.
- Experience implementing and analyzing performance metrics.
- Proficient technical/computer skills. Ability to efficiently utilize google apps (slide show, spreadsheets), external recruitment boards, applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred) to train and oversee the department.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Conflict resolution and great interpersonal skills.
- Organizational/time management/prioritization.
- Experience in or understanding of Behavior Analysis or related field preferred.

COVID-19 considerations:
All OSHA guidelines are followed including daily wellness checks and regular sanitation of office spaces. Remote work opportunities are assessed monthly by leadership and the direct supervisor.
