Job description

Our Client, an industry-unique biotech / pharma client is looking for a HRIS Workday Analyst for their NNJ offices.

The HRIS Analyst - Workday (Recruiting) is responsible for the day-to-day success of Workday's Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

This role will report to the Associate Director of HRIS in a techno-functional role.

We are looking for candidates with advanced expertise in managing Workday Recruiting & Onboarding configuration, and day to day support of these modules.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure business processes and notifications
• Serve as an advanced subject matter expert within Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
• Recommend best practice solutions
• Utilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements
• Participate in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality
• Work with the IT Team to ensure recruiting integrations are operating as expected and
• Create/import EIBs as applicable
• Document internal processes and procedures
• Actively Support Workday Semi-Annual Upgrade testing and adoption of delivered enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Create/modify Workday Recruiting reports and/or dashboards
• Maintain technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Workday Community.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or related area
• 4+ years functional and technical HRIS design, configuration, and administration experience
• 3+ years specifically with Workday Recruiting
• WD Recruiting certification preferred
• Experience with CRM system/s preferred
• Experience and knowledge of HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Benefits a plus
• Proven experience with reporting and analytics
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
