REDW LLC is one of the Southwest's largest and fastest growing certified public accounting and business advisory firms, and we are looking for a Human Resources Training and Development Specialist to join the Human Resources team! You will passionately support REDW and team member job performance, engagement and job satisfaction. In this hands-on role, you will help fulfill our mission of providing an exceptional experience for REDW team members at every touch point along their professional journey. In addition, you will be a champion of REDW's Core Values participating in internal committees giving back to our communities, bringing team members together (virtually or in-person) for team member engagement activities, and support diversity, inclusion and belonging activities and communications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Support the implementation and execution of Human Resources processes for team member onboarding, performance management, team member engagement activities
* Identifies development opportunities for team members which are customized to utilize their distinct abilities and experience.
* Assist with the onboarding process for new team members and being an active participant in providing an optimal experience for new team members adhering to REDW's Core Business Group's Service Commitments.
* Ensure all departments complete department-specific effective New Hire Orientation & Training during the designated time frame, assess effectiveness.
* Conduct regular team member check-ins with designated advisees as part of the Professional Development Program (PDP) to ensure an exceptional experience at REDW.
* Interact with assigned team members to ensure performance 'Touch-Points' 30, 60, 90 days are executed by PDP Advisors. Receive, follow up and document feedback from both PDO Advisors and Advisees (Team Members).
* Assist PDP Advisors and team members consideration to leverage their distinct abilities and interests when preparing for future career opportunities become available.
* Provide support assigning appropriate technical and soft-skill training for assigned team members and learning plans using Learning Management System.
* Coordinate and implement learning programs in coordination with the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager and People Operations Manager to promote and champion team member development, and ensure visibility of learning programs.
* Support the accountability for implementing the pre and post assessments for the Professional Development Program (PDP); support growth of team members by identifying and recommending participants for PDP Advisor certification,
* Assist People Operations Manager to identify trends; performance gaps and inconsistencies with regards to; written feedback communication, reviewing ratings, goal effectiveness, internal performance metrics follow and effectively deliver feedback to managers and internal advisors to improve effectiveness.
* Assist with the evaluation of the effectiveness of learning, training delivery methods, tools and other variables to continue to advance team member skills and knowledge to support the Professional Development Program.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders - such as management and Professional Development Program Advisors, by participating in succession planning meetings, keeping an updated talent pipeline for promotions, and partnering with the People Operations Manager on the development of goals for team members.
* Records, edits, stores, and launches training audio and video; conducts quality reviews on audio and video content to ensure flawless user experience. Or works others to ensure this gets done.
* Supports Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging activities as assigned.
* Performs all reporting and administrative tasks and functions related to successful execution of the role and responsibilities.
* Participates in firm-wide and Human Resources activities and events.
