Employers Pro Advantage Inc. a Native Alaskan Women owned sdb company specializing in the placement of highly skilled professionals in Accounting and Finance, IT/MIS and legal services. Employers Pro Advantage Inc. has been in business since 1997 servicing New Mexico and the surrounding states with high results.

We are currently recruiting for a Project Billing Accountant for a local client.

Job Duties

• Set-up and maintain client billing information.


• Create and issue invoices to clients.


• Provide analysis between generated revenue, accounts billed and remaining accounts unbilled.


• Review contract documentation to ensure compliance and financial administration review and prepare labor reports.


• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for internal customers.


• Assist in client, internal and other external audits.


• Assist in reconciliations of cash receipts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.


• 2-3 years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.


• Advanced experience with Excel.


• Ability to learn new computer systems as needed.


• Working knowledge of GAAP.


• General understanding of FAR guidelines and CAS requirements.


• Highly organized and detail-oriented.


• High degree of professionalism and excellent problem solving skills.
