Cloudsmith is looking for an exceptional full-time New Business Account Manager to work in the [US West - US East - EMEA] territory. If you are hungry, nimble, and intelligent - with the ability and willingness to close business, we are looking for you.

Cloudsmith are leaders in software supply chain management. Allowing organizations to manage software via the cloud, eliminating the need to hire dedicated support staff to handle expensive and unwieldy on-premises solutions. Cloudsmiths cutting edge Continuous Packaging platform can automatically scan for vulnerabilities, helps teams move faster, and secure the software supply chain

Following successful series A funding, we now are looking to expand our sales team and bring the value of our cloud-native offering to organizations.

Requirements

Responsibilities

* Proactively engage with prospects and follow up with clients to meet their needs.
* Offer initial solution overview and help identify customer goals/challenges.
* Work with partners to increase involvement and drive new sales.
* Develop excellent relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organisation and our commercial offerings.
* Attainment of quota, quarterly and annually.
* Develop an active and vibrant pipeline equal to 3x quota.
* Nurture qualified leads and drive to conversion.
* Prepare activity reports and update and maintain .
* Assist sales management in conveying customer needs to the marketing and technical support team.
* Provide quotes, proposals, and support to senior sales.
* Take ownership for re-scheduling any postponed meetings and prompt follow-up of inbound enquiries.
* Other responsibilities as needed.

Experience

* Proven experience in sales within the IT sector. Ideally, you would have sold or prospected software, cloud, or DevOps solutions.
* 1-3 years sales related experience.
* Proficiency with various in working in a CRM, sales prospecting tools and web-based conferencing systems e.g MS Office suite, , Intercom, and Zoom.
* Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals with a solid track record.
* Ability to comfortably engage with technical buyers and procurement.
* Great written and oral communication skills for creating professional documents and giving presentations to interested clients.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism.
* Willingness to travel i.e attend conferences, trade shows, and other events.
* Positive attitude and want to be part of an energetic sales environment.
* Expertise in conflict resolution.
* Hungry to learn, genuinely curious, and know how to get the answers to your questions.

About The Location

Were based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, but like us and the entire team right now, youll probably be fully remote, we require coverage in the [US West - US East - EMEA] territory.
