Job description

The Asset Manager will be responsible for portfolio reporting. The position will create long-run analyses of managed assets and will support the Asset Management team and serve as a liaison between the Asset Management group and the Development, Property Management, Leasing, Legal, and Accounting teams. There is significant growth potential for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and report on property financial and operational performance
• On board new acquisitions, including overseeing completion of first year files and stabilization of on-site management.
• Create budgets and track performance
• Oversee capital projects and capex planning
• Oversee all aspects of an asset, managing the big picture goals
• Create and oversee the business plans of assets as well as overseeing all transactions and sales
• Handle miscellaneous tasks that relate to the asset such as renewing leases and working with lenders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of professional multifamily asset management experience with
• Motivated and detailed self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to succeed in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Ability to collaborate with other departments to meet daily, weekly, monthly, yearly goals.
• Ability to multitask and follow up with multiple departments at once
