The Opportunity

Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring a remote HRIS & Timekeeping Business Analyst to join our human resources team. As an HRIS and Timekeeping Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the collection of requirements, analysis, implementation and support of the workflorce technology UKG Dimensions. The HRIS and Timekeeping Business Analyst will work closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Operations vendors, and project teams to ensure requirements are complete and well tested to limit the impact to end users.

Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end time collection processes and all tasks associated with Workforce Dimensions.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with business units and consult on system configurations, scope and use creativity and commitment to collect business requirements.
  • Ensure that requirements are thorough and accurately detail the problem and the proposed resolution.
  • Manage the project plan in partnership with the assigned project manager, create issues list and other support documents throughout the project to meet success milestones and to manage the project scope to meet success criteria.
  • Ensure client understanding of project requirements, scope, roles and responsibilities, work processes and success criteria.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams as well as with the project managers.
  • Gather requirements and partner with HRIS to develop solutions within our HR Systems such as Kronos and PeopleSoft.
  • Collaborate in a team environment and independently with vendors, business partners on projects, support activities, application development, and standardization.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for HR regarding Kronos and participate as the SME in various ad hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with HR by introducing Kronos changes, providing training to the HR and payroll teams related to Time Management processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources or related field; an additional two (2) years' of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions application such as Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles, respectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong background interfacing with other HR systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a f ast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Experience in p rocess improvement with a comprehensive understanding of the cross functional processes.
  • Strong oral, written, organizational, collaboration, time management and customer service skills.
