The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will be accountable for operationalizing talent acquisition and development strategies that support organizational goals and objectives. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, this position requires an experienced recruiting operations leader who has a sense of urgency, thrives in collaborative environments and has the ability to influence others. The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will provide support for day-to-day operational issues and ensure inquiries are addressed and resolved with a high degree of service quality. In coordination with the Director, Talent Management, he/she will help select external vendor partners, and develop, execute, and deliver technology-related projects that impact the hiring manager, recruiter, and candidate experience via efficient processes, integrations and/or enabling new functionality and best practices.

Develop a framework for how to operationally implement full-life cycle recruiting processes and systems.
Act as the subject matter expert to design, implement and administer the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and other Talent Acquisition & Development systems. Provide support to end user employees and candidates.
Assist in the selection, partnership and management of vendor relationships. Monitor performance and ensure vendor success.
Serve as a point of contact for system vendors. Partner with vendors and IT to prepare for regular system updates and releases.
Manage systems access, profiles, permissions, user groups and hierarchies, and communication protocols.
Establish procedures, guidelines and documentation.
Train HR team and organizational leaders on systems and new processes or functionality, as necessary; develop and deliver job aides to support training efforts.
Define and measure quality standards and controls to enhance recruiter, hiring manager and candidate experience and gain process efficiencies.
Identify problems / root causes and provide timely resolutions for end users. Escalate issues as needed.
Review and monitor system performance.
Organize and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Communicate goals, objectives and updates with the Talent Acquisition & Development team, HR and other key stakeholders.
Generate the necessary dashboards and reports for the executive team, recruiters, HR staff and other key stakeholders.
Develop, maintain and analyze reports and data. Support scheduled and ad-hoc reporting efforts.
Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in order to promote learning solutions that are current, efficient and enhance the learning experience.
Research new tools for team use. Leverage existing and emerging technologies to ensure the Talent Acquisition & Development team is on the leading edge of the industry.
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition & Development team including but not limited to creating job postings, offer letters, and assisting with the onboarding process.
Manage and/or support ad hoc Talent Acquisition & Development projects and initiatives as assigned.
Some travel required (10-15%)
May be responsible for supervision of 1 or more direct reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
6+ years of progressive Talent Operations or Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on recruitment programs, tools and systems; Applicant Tracking System experience required; iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to optimize it for efficiency and quality using technology and reporting.
Project management skills and experience demonstrating the ability to plan, lead, and execute projects.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and across interdisciplinary teams.
Strong computer skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
