Job description

Overview

The CRM Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining Microsoft Dynamics and the Firm's CRM. This position will participate in the Firm's CRM committee; provide training and support to the Firm's CRM users; perform imports/exports of targeted data; serve as the primary contact with the Firm's CRM consultants; and oversee the maintenance of the integrity and "cleanliness" of the data.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Essential Duties

* Supports the Firm's continued implementation of Microsoft Dynamics.
* Designs and drives configuration & solution design as well as facilitating end user training.
* Provides training and support to the Firm's CRM users, including office visits and webinar training sessions on a regular basis.
* Gathers functional requirements & lead design sessions, document technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives.
* Oversees the maintenance and the integrity of the data and resolves data quality issues, e.g. potential duplicates, conflicting or missing data and merging records, etc.
* Performs imports/exports of targeted data.
* Participates in the Firm's CRM committee and coordinates with other departments within the Firm, including IT, Marketing, Business Development, Stake Holders and client relationship management.
* Serves as the primary contact with the Firm's CRM and Click Dimensions consultants.
* Implements CRM and Click Dimensions tools and features, including campaign tracking, survey capture functionality, landing pages, form integration, social discovery and develops ROI reports.
* Assists in the development and refinement of CRM policies and best practices, as required.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Experience with an accounting or professional services firm is preferred.
* A minimum of two years of relevant business experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM; a minimum of one year of experience with Click Dimensions (preferred).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Power Platform and PowerBi preferred.
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail-oriented and able to organize and implement a wide variety of tasks in a timely and accurate fashion.
* Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interface with all levels of Firm management, Partners, staff, clients and external business contacts.
* Demonstrates professionalism, a positive work ethic and good judgment.
* Travel to other office locations may be required.
