PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATOR & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST


POSITION TYPE: THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION, WORKING FROM HOME ROUGHLY HALF TIME, AND WORKING IN THE OFFICE WITH THE TIME REMAINING.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Estimate 120 Projects Per Quarter at the Stipulated GP Margin. (40/month, 10/week)

• Manage $500K of revenue per quarter from estimate to completion.

• ​Material ordering/sourcing. Scheduling and Coordination.

• Maintain a quality rating of 9/10 average score, based on 15 reviews per quarter.

• ​Quality inspections. Customer Interactions/requests for reviews.

• As Time Allows: Sourcing $240K ($60K/quarter) in revenue through untapped lead sources and up-selling Annually.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Abilities with various softwares (G Suite, a takeoff software, contracting focused).

• Estimating Background (takeoffs, pricing, quoting).

• Management (operations management, project/crew coordination, etc.)

• Business development experience would be ideal: sourcing and screening through potential opportunities.

• High precision (detail oriented)

• Personable and likeable for field visits and coordination.

• Highly verbal to optimize communication between clients and techs.

COMPENSATION: 40-80K Total compensation
