The role:

You will be responsible for a variety of projects; mainly working on Google Campaign Manager 360 and managing the trafficking, delivery, optimizations, and reporting of digital ad campaigns for clients within a team environment. You will also work very closely with client contacts on a regular basis to ensure that insertion orders and instructions are clearly understood, creatives are tested and approved, and that all campaign deliverables are being met. In addition to supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the Activation team, this individual will design and consult on campaign setup to help reach and execute our clients media KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize 3rd party ad tags ranging from simple creative setups, including standard desktop display, mobile, and 1x1 tracking, to more intricate creative setups, including but not limited to video, native, and custom creative to accurately traffic and manage media execution across sites and platforms.
* Consistently deliver thorough campaign and creative QA and troubleshooting services for ad-hoc internal and client tagging, tracking, and reporting issues.

* Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions and requirements and vice versa.
* Provide process improvements and recommendation; translate business strategy and requirements into operational requirements; keep detailed documentation on various processes for team development.
* Flag issues, challenges and delays on projects.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

* Experience trafficking ads for desktop, mobile, and video platforms
* Must be technically adept within the digital ad space and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise
* Business-minded with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid project management and organizational skills.
* GMP experience is mandatory CM360 is must, and the rest is big plus

* Understanding of how data is linked, transformed, and used across GMP with clear outputs in reporting and activation.
* Ability to collaborate well with teams and proactively manage multiple tasks
* Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks: ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management.

* Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, and thrive in an extremely fast-paced, detail and deadline-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with audience segmentation technologies and capabilities
* Korean speaking is a plus

Good to have:

* Experience with Ads Data Hub and/or BigQuery
* Experience utilising and assessing data from a DMP, CDP or other data platform, particularly Tealium and Salesforce
* Basic understating of ad verification tools and data (e.g IAS, vCE, DV, AdLoox).
* SQL experience
