The Role

At Soho House, the Head of Partnerships, NA will oversee the day-to-day management of strategic, marketing & commercial partnerships for Soho House North America, delivering a revenue target for the region, account management of brands we work with and the delivery of all contractual assets within our partnerships such as marketing, content, and event execution.

Main Duties

Partnerships

* Account Management project management and execution of multiple, complex and concurrent international partnerships, ensuring delivery of assets such as content and events are executed on time, to budget and to the satisfaction of the partners we work with.
* Relationship Management cultivating good working relationships with existing and new partners across North America.
* Budget Management responsible for detailed budget management of individual P&Ls with partners to ensure we stay within budget but also that we deliver profit margins as per our departmental revenue targets.
* New Business responsible for pitching to new partners, being involved in the creative process and building decks.
* Stakeholder Management maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders in every House across North America, including senior management, operations and beverage teams, membership and events teams and content and creative teams, ensuring communication is clear and regular and knowledge of the sites and the priorities of the teams is kept up to date.
* Managing a team this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a high performing global team, inclusive of working closely with all houses across North America, ensuring objectives are set and delivered upon, that development plans are in place and regular 121s and reviews happen
* Diversity & Inclusion responsible for delivering progress year on year on the D&I pledge in relation to partnerships and event suppliers, managing a team and personal development.

* Managing a team this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a high performing global team, inclusive of working closely with all houses across North America, ensuring objectives are set and delivered upon, that development plans are in place and regular 121s and reviews happen
* Diversity & Inclusion responsible for delivering progress year on year on the D&I pledge in relation to partnerships and event suppliers, managing a team and personal development.

Requirements

-

* Partnerships 10 years+ experience of managing multi-million dollar partnerships with brands from pitching stage to account management & delivery.
* Network the candidate must have a large network of senior contacts across brands in North America
* Organization & Project Management - strong organizational skills are required, and a person who is deadline driven and has the ability to manage multiple projects, partners and teams simultaneously.
* People Management - Excellent people management, leadership, team mentoring and coaching skills are essential.
* Communication/Language fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including extensive experience in building pitch decks
* Account Management experience of managing brand relationships and the execution of deliverables is a must
* Attention to detail a strong attention to detail and experience with legal contracts are essential
* Hospitality knowledge and experience of hospitality, particularly food and beverage supply chain is a bonus
* Personality highly motivated, self-starter with a charismatic personality is desired
* Microsoft Office proficient in Excel, Powerpoint & keynote, Word, Outlook and able to produce pitch decks, budgets, reports
* Location based in NYC
