Youplus helps local businesses acquire new customers by simplifying sample marketing. As a mobile platform, we enable businesses to distribute sampling of products and services to their target customers. We are solving a $7B problem, where we provide businesses the ability to engage & re-engage with prospective customers that take free samples.

Over the past 6 months, the sales team has been absolutely CRUSHING it; our new merchant acquisition has increased by over 1200%! It's safe to say we have proven out the sales model. We are now ramping up to dominate the biggest markets in the U.S (NYC, Chicago, LA, Atlanta, etc.)!

We have an A+ Team with 2 successful exits, top investors (Salesforce & Uber), and solid funding .

Job Description:

This role is about mastering the sales cycle. We take a hands-on approach through training, giving you the tools needed to succeed. We prepare you to become a top sales rep by teaching tactics for success for this position and your future career goals. After training, these are a few noteworthy bullet points you will take home:

• Mastering the art and science of the transactional sale
• Becoming an expert closer
• Communication about technology and consumer trends affecting their overall impact on small businesses
• Being a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team

Responsibilities:

• Establish sales opportunities with local businesses by cold calling, holding an online demo, and closing deals
• Work side by side with Sales Management to continue developing skills
• Achieve and exceed sales goals
• Analyze and plan growth in market territories

Requirements:

• Motivated self-starter who can achieve results while balancing demanding expectations
• Go-Getter: You're full of energy, competitive, confident, and you want everyone to know it. You set your mind to a goal and you hit it! Mediocrity isn't accepted here
• The word "NO" isn't in your vocabulary. Rejection happens in sales, but you rise above it
• No prior sales experience is needed but it is helpful if you do have some background in sales
