Job description

Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their New York City office. This person must be a team player with an energetic, positive disposition.


Responsibilities

  • Support firm executives with scheduling, expenses and travel
  • Assist the Office Manager with various tasks including supply ordering, technology, etc.
  • Have an all hands on deck, go-getter attitude
  • Communicate with the firm's investors and strategic partners
  • Filing
  • Special projects and requests, as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of corporate experience, internships count!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Investor Relations and CRM experience, a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook
