ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


A top-performing asset management firm is seeking a driven Administrative Assistant with 3-8 years of experience to join their team. The role provides a unique opportunity to support the front-of-house leadership at a well-established firm in the industry. The ideal individual will have a positive attitude, be quick on their feet, and operate with a high degree of responsibility.


Job Description:

  • Provides administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
  • Manages complex calendars and schedules for multiple executives
  • Handles incoming phone calls and interacts with executive business leaders in a professional manner
  • Responds and follows up on client requests
  • Coordinates all domestic and international travel and processes expense reports in a timely manner
  • Organizes meetings and gathers meeting materials
  • Assists with ad-hoc projects and presentations for team


Job Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of administrative experience within financial services or other professional setting
  • Well-spoken and polished both verbal and written
  • Team-player with a high level of ownership
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Strong core competencies with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • This role is 5 days a week in office
