Job description

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Supporting bankers from junior to senior level
  • Telephone coverage, answering phones, taking accurate messages, and back-up other lines as needed for bankers and colleagues
  • Updates team's CRM
  • Coordinate ECC/ERC committee calls and ad hoc
  • Maintain executives' calendar, schedule all meetings and conference calls, and handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
  • Prepare and submit all expense reports
  • Coordinate travel both domestic and international
  • Hours are 7am- 4pm


Required Background/Skills:

  • 5 plus years' experience working in Investment Banking
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
