Job description

A leading and growing real estate investment firm is looking for an Executive Assistant immediately to join their team. This is supporting an amazing team of 3 SVP's in Leasing. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to be involved with the team and project work. You will be supporting the team with administrative functions but will have the opportunity to be hands-on.


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining calendar and ever-changing needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Booking domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate complex meetings across the organization with an attention to different time zones
  • Create and modify PowerPoint presentations (i.e., Marketing Materials, etc.)
  • Special projects as needed - acting as a project manager to ensure duties are completed promptly
  • Responsible for helping manage large meetings and events both with internal and external employees


Qualifications

  • 4-6 years working as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting more than one executive or a team
  • Highly proficient in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience working in Real Estate is a plus
  • Team player and great attitude a must!
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Vaccination Required


Salary

  • 75-85k
  • Full Benefit Package
