The Administrative Assistant at Bowery is responsible for supporting the senior valuation valuation team members throughout all levels of the appraisal process. This can include a variety of tasks including bid tracking and inputting, maintaining all engagement letters, inputting necessary Salesforce data upon completion of the reports, maintaining our Dropbox database, and supporting appraisers in anything they require help with to complete a report and get it out to clients.
Job Responsibilities
- To flexibly meet the needs of the appraisal team
- Work within the Bowery application to improve the efficiency of the appraisal team and find creative solutions to improve processes
- Assist in maintaining data and scrubbing for accuracy
- Offer administrative support to appraisers including but not limited to:
- PDFing Reports and Creating Invoices
- Finalizing Reports
- Finalizing engagement letters
- Inputting, finalizing and searching for Salesforce Data
- Collecting bid requests from managing directors and pod leads
- Organizing and Maintaining Dropbox Folders
- Registering New Users to Bowery app
- License Management Assistance
- Replying to emails and bid requests
- Printing and mailing hard copies of reports.
This role will be a support function and not responsible for hitting specific targets so much as it is responsible for offering flexible support and a positive attitude to the team.
